...I am sorry"
You know, the part of quarantine where you only get an outing or two a day for essential purposes is really unfortunate for blog content.
So today, I'm just gonna leave a Top 10 random things over the past few days. In no particular order.
Ireland really does care that I stay home, and checks in on me.

2. Least fun street in Cork City

3. Not just something to get called out for doing in the NBA

4. What's up with "Gemma" being a really popular name here? Let's say someone did a brief scan of the dating apps, and at least 10% of all girls are named "Gemma". Followed by ladies with too many vowels like "Aoife", "Niamh", and other unpronounceable-for-American names.
5. I originally hesitated to post this, but after thorough analysis I'm pretty sure that this is actually pro-Chosen people. Go Jewish Graffiti Go!

6. Caption Contest (ish): What do people think the secret of this place should be? I don't think this word means the same thing here...

7. People line up around the block for Woodie's...

8. I really need an Irish person, preferably from around here, to tell me whether this actually means this or is just nonsense #irishfacts

9. There's actual signage here in stores that says to not make fun of people who choose to or choose not to wear masks. Which really makes me feel like people make fun of people for that a lot, if you have to put up signs about it (on both sides).
10. This is a far hillier city than I realized. When I first arrived, the cabbie told me "this is your hill". And i took it to mean "...yeah, of course, this is the hill where I live". But what it does really mean is "you stick to the places generally around your hill because walking back up after a night in town is not preferred". Not having had a night in town, this is just pure conjecture on my part, but man, I do not like inclines.
I'm gonna give this a rest until some other cool stuff happens.
